RSA200 Moving Image Programme
A Selection of Artists' Films
6pm - 8pm 6 October 2026
RSA200: Celebrating Together is a national programme marking the 200th anniversary of the Royal Scottish Academy of Art & Architecture.
As part of the celebrations, DCA presents a special event showcasing moving image work by Royal Scottish Academicians, many of them former students or staff of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design (DJCAD). Reflecting artists’ moving image practice in Scotland over the past 20 years, it includes films from the RSA Collection as well as new work being made today. The programme has been curated by Dundee-based painter and filmmaker Ronald Forbes RSA, who will join us to introduce the films.
The event has been organised in collaboration with the University of Dundee Museums to accompany their exhibition Dundee and the RSA in the Lamb Gallery.
The programme will presented in two distinct parts and includes the films
