We have been selling Scottish art since the Academy was founded nearly 200 years ago. As a self-funding charity, we rely on income from art sales and our art consultancy services to fund our support of Scottish artists.
Our exhibition programme offers wonderful opportunities to collect artworks by the best-known names in Scottish art as well as up-and-coming talent. Taking place each year, the Annual Exhibition and New Contemporaries are our largest exhibitions and offer artworks in a diverse variety of styles, sizes and prices. The Academicians' Gallery is our year-round selling exhibition space in which all artworks are by Royal Scottish Academicians and available for sale.
The RSA's consultancy services can help you with collections management, art installation and artwork commissioning. Our art rental service loans artworks by some of the most prestigious Scottish artists to corporate and private clients.
