From These Parts: Scotland, Art and Identity
An exhibition uncovering Scotland’s identity through the creativity of its contemporary artists

What makes a nation?
Its landscapes, cultures and traditions
Its languages, peoples and histories.

Scotland has its own unique place in the world. It is a nation that is constantly changing and being changed by its people on a local and global stage. Scotland’s art explores, expresses and embodies this change.

The exhibition marks 30 years of the Boswell Collection of Scottish Art and 200 years of the Royal Scottish Academy and includes work on loan from RSA Collections.
