Established in 1967, Edinburgh Printmakers (EP) was the first open access print studio in the UK. EP actively supports individuals and organisations across Scotland to develop and deliver printmaking and visual arts that reflect Scotland’s diversity and distinct identity.
EP's creative centre for printmaking and the visual arts is based in a historic building, Castle Mills, in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh. It has a large light-filled printmaking studio, two galleries, a shop selling original prints and handmade products, a venue for meetings, events and learning activities, a café, a courtyard, and community garden.
