Scottish Women and the Arts Research Network (SWARN) was founded in 2018 to promote knowledge of the work of historic women artists, designers, makers and collectors in Scottish collections and increase their visibility, chiefly through collaborative/networking activity between collections in the public and private sector.

SWARN will promote RSA200 events related to women artists, including knowledge about female Academicians and RSA exhibitions via our website and membership.
