The artist: "I digitally drew this portrait of my younger sister which was originally for a school project. She loves mystery and crime, so I decided to draw her reading one of her favourite manga’s “Death Note”. Winning an award for my art makes me feel like I have accomplished a lot from something I am passionate about and I am inspired to keep on creating more art."
