Nicholas Harrington’s work is an exercise in creating spatial tension in an effort to reconcile positive and negative space. He is a trained architect and jeweller, and although the scale and materials in his work vary, the principles of putting objects together stay the same. He found a small pile of discarded plywood and made this table, which is a small pile of plywood in a new arrangement.
