This drawing is my final piece for my Higher expressive portfolio. I tried making the theme fun and playful. I used Charcoal which I felt was the strongest media, I was able to focus on the tone and accuracy of the drawing with confidence. I drew this A3 to be able to add detail and give serious impact. I also filled the image with the portrait to give a more striking composition. I like that the eye is what draws focus to the image and makes it pop.
