"I am a RIBA Part II Architecture Graduate from the Mac of The Glasgow School of Art. This is an Urban Building Project during Year 4 that seeks to revitalize Glasgow, located right beside the Glasgow Central Station.

Food, is regarded as the universal medium that connects human. This proposal seeks to reconnect the community through the engagement of food production and consumption involving different cores with different functions.

Food wastage and security has been a prominent problem in Glasgow. The building intends to provide a democratized, gastronomical & theatrical platform (public kitchen + open theater) for the public to perform and exchange ideas of personal cooking skills, creating a community-based food center where food is being consumed and produced. Food waste will be collected , processed through anaerobic digestion and finally, crops will be generated as the supplement for the food banks to minimize the food poverty issue and energy produced will be supplied to the public kitchens.

It is a giant complex that provide both tangible and intangible experience regarding the universal medium that runs the machine – food."
