"Slow, acting with little speed.
The Slow Gallery slows the interaction of the space. As Milan Kundera aptly put it, 'The degree of slowness is directly proportional to the intensity of memory; the degree of speed is directly proportional to the intensity of forgetting.'
The Slow Gallery is a sculptor’s garden with an underwater gallery. It celebrates the slowness of pondering, moving through intentionally curated moments; the slowness of method, found in the sculptor's strategy of designing and making; the slowness of time, visualized by sunlight bouncing off and shining through the water into the gallery."
