| The purpose of the Friends Bursary is to enable artists to continue and extend their creative development.
WHAT:
The Bursary worth £3,000 is intended to support such items as cost of travel, research, periods of exploration or experimentation etc. and is available to artists qualified and working within the RSA disciplines of painting and drawing, sculpture, architecture and printmaking.
WHO:
Artists resident in Scotland. Preference will be given to applicants over 35 years of age and/or who can demonstrate sustained commitment to the development of their art for at least ten years since qualification.
